Your role:




At Elanco, we're looking for a

Systems & Process Support Specialist

to ensure a smooth, reliable, and efficient supply chain for our Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs). Your work will directly support our mission to deliver essential products to customers without disruption.

Your Responsibilities:



As part of the global API supply chain team, you will:

Logistics & Operations



Coordinate

inbound and outbound shipments

with suppliers, warehouses, and freight forwarders, making sure goods move safely, on time, and under the right conditions (including temperature control and Dangerous Goods regulations). Manage

documentation and invoicing

related to shipments, ensuring everything is accurate and compliant. Serve as the link between suppliers and Elanco teams, ensuring a seamless flow of APIs into the network.

Process & Data Management



Support

SAP master data maintenance

(safety stock, MOQ, lead times, transport conditions) so that our systems reflect reality and decision-making is reliable. Monitor and improve

inventory accuracy

by running regular stock reviews, tracking slow-moving items, and coordinating scrapping/write-offs where necessary. Create and update

Material Requirements Documents (MRDs)

to ensure Elanco and its suppliers are aligned on data and processes.

Performance & Improvement



Track and report on

key metrics

across the API supply chain, using data to identify trends and opportunities. Act as a

CORRS Champion

- helping colleagues adopt and use this tool to improve planning, performance, and collaboration. Take part in or lead

process improvement projects

to make logistics and supply chain operations more efficient and sustainable.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement



Work closely with colleagues in

Quality, Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing sites, and Intercompany teams

, as well as with external suppliers and contract manufacturers. Build trusted relationships across functions and geographies to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):




We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced in

supply chain or production environments

, ideally with knowledge of

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

. Skilled in

SAP S4HANA

and confident using

Excel

to analyze data and build reports. Comfortable with

international logistics and customs processes

, including Dangerous Goods regulations.

Detail-oriented and analytical

, with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement. A

clear communicator and team player

, able to build trust and collaborate across cultures. Fluent in

English

(other languages are a plus).
