Do you enjoy improving systems and shaping reporting?


As a

Systems and Reporting Manager

you will lead the delivery of clear, accurate performance reporting and ensure our systems run smoothly and effectively. You'll turn data into meaningful insight that supports confident decision making across the organisation.


You will manage reporting processes, strengthen data quality, support system improvements, and guide a team focused on continuous improvement. Working closely with colleagues across departments and with IT, you will help align reporting and systems with organisational priorities and support strong governance and service growth.

We're looking for someone with....:



The ability to self-manage, effectively plan and prioritise tasks and consistently deliver results Extensive experience in developing reports from data systems and analysing raw data to inform decision-making. Advanced Excel capabilities, including use of formulas, VBA/macros, and database creation and management. A valid UK driving licence (or one permitting driving in the UK) and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
