We'd like you to join us as a Systems Trainer at Active Care Group. This role is remote, with lot's of travel to sites and offices.


The role of Systems Trainer within the IT Team is one that will enhance the system training, assisting in providing support, advice, guidance and continued development of IT applications and systems within the company.


This is a responsible and demanding role, as part of the training function within the IT Team, and requiring: effective collaboration with operations across the business; the ability to assist in the design & development of system training packages, communicating and motivating in-house teams to onboard with new and improving technology driven business change.

What you'll be doing:



Facilitate & enhance the provision of onsite Systems Training and Systems Implementation across the group. Systems include, but are not restricted to: EPR, Incident Reporting, HR system and workforce planning Be involved in the design of training packages & training materials for Train The Trainer' purposes & end users throughout the business Provide training representation within projects Writing clear, accurate, and easy-to-understand instructions, user guides, FAQs, tutorials, and other support materials. Identify and document best practices as part of ongoing process to increase efficiencies Facilitate UAT testing for end user experience Provide support during parallel runs prior to Go-Live Provide monthly reports & analysis on training delivered by the IT team, & escalate any areas of concern

What you'll have:



Demonstrating excellent customer service and support Excellent written and communication skills Sound decision making skills Knowledge and experience of dealing with escalation routes when problems arise On-going development and continuous improvement of technology products Drive effective change management initiatives Make constructive contributions and collaborate with others to achieve common goals Ability to produce high quality documentation Use of Microsoft Sway and Clip Champ video editing tools
