Systems Trainer

to support the rollout of our new veterinary practice management system,

, across our nationwide network of practices.

About the Role:

As part of our

Development & Implementation team

, you'll play a vital role in preparing our veterinary teams for a smooth and successful transition. From delivering engaging training sessions to supporting go-live events, you'll be a trusted partner throughout the journey.

We're recruiting this role as an 18-month fixed term contract to support the duration of the rollout project. This will also be a field based role that requires extensive travel and overnight stays (up to four days per week). A company car will be provided to support with this.

What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering high-quality, interactive training to practice teams across the UK Supporting go-live activities and providing post-implementation coaching Organising training logistics - from invites to venue setup Building strong relationships with Practice Managers, Owners and the wider project team Representing Pets at Home with professionalism and positivity Travelling extensively (up to 4 days per week with overnight stays)

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a veterinary practice environment Strong communication, coaching and influencing skills Calm, confident and adaptable under pressure A self-starter who thrives both independently and in a team Training experience and knowledge of RxWorks (desirable) A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively
