Job Description

The Systems Training Partner plays a key role in creating, developing and delivering high-quality, consistent, and engaging systems training for new starters and existing colleagues. Supporting the onboarding process by ensuring new starters are confident and competent in using core business systems, contributing to a smooth transition into their roles and ongoing operational efficiency.



This role is also key to designing and delivering training as a result of projects or business change.

Designing and delivering systems training sessions (virtual and in-person). Supporting the development and maintenance of training resources, including documented processes, videos, and e-learning. Acting as a point of contact for system-related training requests and queries. Engaging with stakeholders, IT, project teams and other SME's to ensure all training content is accurate and up to date and addresses business needs. Supporting the Systems and Integration Training Lead to identify training needs, opportunities and develop training offers. Monitoring training completion and follow up on feedback from learners to continuously improve training delivery, resources and materials. Assisting in the rollout of new systems or updates by providing training and support as part of a project team or as a result of the Change Management process. Contributing to the continuous improvement of training strategies, methodologies, and technologies used within the organization. Being an ambassador for the wider Talent, Learning and Organisational Development and People Teams, demonstrating knowledge of the key services we offer as a wider team, being able to signpost where appropriate.


You'll ideally come to the role with -

A strong understanding of our core business systems (eg, Dynamics, The HUB, ROCC, DRS, Contractor Portal, Dayforce, Microsoft products). Experience of defining, designing and delivering training solutions that address business needs. Experience of creating or maintaining training documentation and resources. Experience in the delivery of a wide range of training methods to a wide and diverse organisation with different learning styles and technical abilities. Experience in working within project teams to deliver training solutions that address business needs. Expert level of IT skills. A proactive, organised and detail orientated approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Certification or coursework in training, education, or relevant software platforms (e.g., Microsoft, Dynamics, CIPD).


The role is a hybrid role, so you'll be able to base yourself from home. There will be a requirement to complete in person training from time to time so being happy to travel throughout our operating region is a must, you'll ideally be located within the region or close by. Due to the travel required you will hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.



Our operating region includes, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall and London.
