We are seeking an experienced

Temenos T24 Core Banking professional

with strong expertise across T24 modules and proven production support experience. The ideal candidate will analyze production issues, manage incident resolution, coordinate fixes with development teams, and provide operational support to business users. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills are required.

Must-Have Skills:



Hands-on experience in

Temenos T24 Core Banking Application

across modules such as

CUS, ACC, TT, FT, SWIFT, GL, Teller, AA Loans & Deposits, Lending & Mortgage

. Strong understanding of

T24 architecture and module usage

in retail and commercial banking. Ability to

analyze production issues, review logs, and provide resolutions

independently. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize based on severity and business impact. Willingness to work

from office 2 days a week

and on-call for UK shift support if required.

Good-to-Have Skills:



Experience administering and managing T24 integration with middleware such as

IBM WebSphere MQ, IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS), and Radware Load Balancers

. Ability to recommend improvements to

T24 technical and business processes

to meet banking requirements. Strong

leadership, mentoring, and client-facing skills

. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and role-based T24 skill sets.

Top Responsibilities:



Demonstrate a

deep understanding of various T24 modules

and their use in retail and commercial banking operations. Analyze

production issues, tickets, and service requests

, provide solutions, and ensure closure within SLA. Coordinate with the development team for fixes, testing, and deployment; validate fixes and support successful deployment. Provide

COB (Close of Business) support

, incident resolution, and on-call assistance as required. Guide junior team members and ensure all tickets are closed within SLA with no escalations. Work proactively with stakeholders to maintain smooth business operations and adhere to

Infosec and compliance processes

.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 500.00-530.00 per day
