Kings College is a specialist SEND 6th Form College for students with MLD and CLD based in Media City, Salford.


We are seeking to appoint highly motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our team as soon as possible.





The successful applicants will be required to provide 1:1 support to a range of pupils with specific medical needs, physical disabilites and a range of learning difficulties and complex needs.


We are looking for applicants who have high expectations for all students and are committed to developing their full potential. Previous experience in working with pupils with Autism and sensory need is desireable.


Applicants are expected to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Possess good literacy and numeracy in order to support learning, have the ability to promote independence and confidence and be an excellent role model to all.



You must have a caring, positive and flexible attitude with a willingness to work as part of a team, and able to use your own initiative and to work without supervision.

Applicants must have the ability to work flexible hours as appropriate.
