We are seeking a

dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant Level 3

to join our Early Years team at Our Lady of Mount Carmel RC Primary School. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and learning of our youngest pupils within a school that values educational excellence, community, and faith.

Key Responsibilities:



Support the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum with a focus on fostering children's development and learning. Work closely with classroom teachers and other staff to provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment. Assist in planning and implementing activities that promote children's physical, emotional, and intellectual development. Support the assessment and observation process for EYFS pupils. Contribute to maintaining high standards of safeguarding and welfare for all pupils

Required Qualifications and Experience:



Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and systems. Experience working with young children in an educational setting. Commitment to supporting children's development and well-being.

Desirable Qualities:



A caring and patient approach with excellent interpersonal skills. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils. Enthusiasm for continuous professional development and collaborative working. Ability to work effectively as part of a team within a Catholic school environment.
