to join our dedicated workshop team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the installation, calibration, and maintenance of tachograph systems on a variety of commercial vehicles, ensuring compliance with DVSA and EU regulations.

What you'll be doing
Install, calibrate, inspect, and repair analogue and digital tachograph systems (including VDO, Stoneridge, and other manufacturers)
Ensure all tachograph work meets DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency) regulations
Carry out vehicle speed limiter checks and recalibration as required
Maintain detailed service records and complete compliance documentation accurately
Liaise with customers, ensuring professional communication and high service standards
Support colleagues in the workshop where needed and uphold health and safety procedures
What we're looking for
Experience working with tachograph systems (analogue/digital) - training can be provided for the right candidate* Level 2 or 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification (or equivalent experience)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Commitment to compliance and road safety
Confident using diagnostic tools and relevant software
Great communication and teamwork skills
