Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced individual to join our dry cleaning team. This role combines tailoring and front-of-shop customer service. You'll be responsible for garment alterations, as well as serving customers, tagging and checking in clothes, and processing payments.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform tailoring and alterations on all types of garments (men's, women's, and children's clothing) Inspect and tag garments upon drop-off, noting stains or damage Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent service at all times Operate the till and take payments accurately Ensure the shop front is kept tidy and organised Assist with any other duties as required by management
Requirements:

Proven experience in tailoring/alterations (essential) Good knowledge of fabrics, stitching, and garment repair Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Basic computer or till experience preferred
Additional Information:

There will be no formal interview process -- instead, shortlisted applicants will be invited for a paid trial shift to demonstrate their tailoring and customer service skills.
