To provide friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service in our fast food takeaway in Whiteley, Fareham.

Ensuring every customer gets a great experience every time!!

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides a pleasant and efficient customer-focused experience.

Register meal orders on the point of sale (POS)

Prepare and pack food and beverage items

Resolves customer issues and answers questions about offerings and purchasing processes.

Processes return transactions.

Collects payments by accepting cash, checks, or charge payments and makes change for customers.

Balances cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of work shifts by following checkout procedures.

Provides pricing information to customers.

Maintains a clean and orderly workstation.

Carry out opening and closing duties

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS:

Customer service

THE PACKAGE:

Hourly Wage up to 12.60 per hour dependent on age and experience

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 12.60 per hour

Expected hours: 10-20 hours per week, possibly more depending on the applicants flexibility. (Opening hours are 4.30pm to 10pm)

Schedule:

4.30pm to 9.30pm week days 4.30pm to 10pm on Friday & Saturday Closed Monday & Tuesdays
Experience:

Food preparation: 1 year (preferred) customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
