Role Overview:

As a Takeaway Crew Member, you'll be an essential part of the team, ensuring that every customer receives outstanding service and freshly prepared food. From taking orders to packaging meals, your role will ensure our takeaway runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Prepare and package food to the highest standards, ensuring freshness and quality. Operate the till and handle payments, ensuring correct cash and card transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the takeaway area, including counters and workstations. Restock supplies and packaging to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Handle customer queries or concerns promptly and professionally. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently. Always adhere to food hygiene and health and safety regulations.

What We're Looking For:

A positive, friendly attitude with a passion for delivering great customer service. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards. Attention to detail, ensuring orders are accurate and well-presented. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided.
