What You'll Do
Coordinate and manage candidate interview scheduling and ensure all candidates have a positive interview experience at by being their main contact throughout their process and ensuring the interview schedule flows smoothly
Ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow-up and communication throughout the candidate's life cycle from initial contact to start date
Assist in management and optimization of recruitment systems and tools, reporting and analytics, new hire document collection and employee referrals
Create and update candidate profiles within Greenhouse and ensure a high standard of data integrity and confidential record keeping
Assist with job creation and advertisement processes
Build relationships and collaborate across HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, Legal, Operations and more
What You'll Need
1-3 years' experience in a similar role in Recruitment
Experience of using an ATS, preferably Greenhouse
Experience with calendaring/scheduling
Experience as first line of contact for candidates or customer service related role
Superb attention to detail required as well as excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills
Ability to work cross functionally, perform under tight deadlines, problem solve and adapt in a fast pace environment
Integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
* Team player willing to support others with heavy workloads
