School of Coding and AI is one of the UK's leading providers of coding and computer science education. We deliver programmes across multiple age groups and routes, including adult learning and higher education. As we scale across the UK and Middle East, we are building a stronger, more consistent recruitment function to support our growth.
The role
We're growing quickly and our hiring demand has scaled fast. As a result, we're strengthening and standardising our recruitment processes while continuing to recruit at pace. You'll work directly with the Recruitment Lead to keep recruitment moving end to end. You'll be trusted to deliver results, solve problems, and suggest practical improvements, rather than waiting to be told what to do.
If you'd like a role where you can bring structure, take ownership, and have visible impact, you'll do well here
