The Talent Acquisition Administrator is a standalone role responsible for providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition function. This position manages the central recruitment inbox, handling over 15,000 queries annually, and serves as the first point of contact for recruitment-related enquiries. The role requires a high level of pace, accuracy, and attention to detail to ensure timely and effective responses.

What you'll do
As a Talent Acquisition Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Ensure strict adherence to relevant SLAs when answering queries in the recruitment inbox
Categorise incoming emails correctly
Respond to queries prompt and professionally
Forward relevant emails to the relevant teams or recruitment partners
Manage complaints or escalations with urgency and confidentiality
Liaise with 3rd parties to gather additional information
Talent Acquisition weekly reporting
Audit the Recruitment system to ensure accurate information
Who you are
It's your unique ingredients we're interested in:
Excellent understanding of compliance and governance e.g. Right to work, GDPR
Knowledge of a recruitment ATS is desirable
Knowledge of how to use the Dayforce Recruitment module correctly if internal
Excellent organisational skills
Strong communication with confidence to partake in conference calls and video meetings
Proficient in MS Excel, and ability to hand large amounts of data
Ability to work at a very fast pace, with a resilient mindset
Goal orientated, comfortable with targets and SLAs
Operations experience (Retail) is advantageous
Background in customer service type activities with a passion for continuous improvement
Strong background in working as part of a team with shared responsibilities
Proven experience in working in a highly collaborative culture
