We're looking for an aspiring Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team and drive recruitment projects across Europe.
You'll deliver high-quality recruitment support to our business areas and collaborate across borders. To succeed in this role, you should be service-minded, organised, and curious about people and culture. Experience from engineering, architecture, or consultancy recruitment, either in-house or agency, will be an advantage, but is not required.

Your new role
As our new Talent Acquisition Advisor, you'll join a dedicated global TA team with colleagues from the UK, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Germany. You'll act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.
Your Scandinavian language skills and cultural insight will be a key asset, helping us shape recruitment strategies that are locally relevant and aligned with our global ambitions. By bringing your local knowledge to an international team, you will make a real impact on how we attract and engage talent across business areas.
