The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for attracting and hiring staff for all departments in the UK region. The team will support the business with strong recruitment guidance and time efficient support to help them achieve their business workforce plans by attracting and hiring the best talent.
We are seeking a high performing Talent Acquisition Adviser who through their natural passion for attracting and hiring talent, will effectively support the business with a robust and relevant recruitment process and provide a positive hiring experience for all candidates, showcasing Canopius' positive culture and brand.
The Talent Acquisition Adviser will report to the Lead Talent Acquisition Manager in Manchester and will be part of the wider HR Capability function.
The Talent Acquisition Adviser will successfully manage the end-to-end recruitment for UK roles, meeting business recruitment demands and strategic business workforce plans and to support the ongoing optimisation of our recruitment strategy and processes. This role will undertake a proactive approach to successfully partner business managers to attract and hire top talent for vacancies, working collaboratively with recruitment agencies / search firms (when appropriate) and keeping recruitment costs competitive at an appropriate level.
