Role Overview
We are currently searching for a
Talent Acquisition Consultant
with experience working across the
Construction Data Centre sector
.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this role will work closely with the wider Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers, to drive recruitment initiatives across Europe, ensuring timely and effective placements, as required.
Key Responsibilities
Map the external market, particularly within the Data Centre sector, and proactively target potential candidates, introducing and promoting the company to them.
Actively manage external talent pools with a focus on Data Centre professionals, to generate a supply of candidates for key roles.
Ensure that candidates in the talent pool remain engaged in current or future career opportunities with RLB.
Understand the business pipeline, potential mobilisations, organisation expectations, and skill shortages, working closely with the business and the Head of Talent Acquisition.
Fully manage the end to end recruitment process.
Maintain appropriate metrics on recruitment and report management information on recruitment activity and costs to key stakeholders.
Helping with recruitment activities, including sourcing potential candidates, reviewing CVs, arranging interviews, conducting telephone screenings, managing the offer process and performing other administrative tasks as necessary.
Build a network of contacts both internally and externally to ensure maximum opportunity.
Work collaboratively with the wider Talent Acquisition and People Ops team to ensure all standards are met or exceeded, and implement improvements to the recruitment process for optimal efficiency.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of 'best practice', legislation and current methodologies within a recruitment environment and ensure anyone involved in the RLB recruitment process is compliant with these.
Candidate Specification:
Experience of working within a fast-paced internal resourcing function and/or agency within the
Construction Data Centre sector
.
Demonstrated success in recruiting for Data Centre projects or roles.
Solid knowledge of recruitment sourcing techniques and how to use them.
Experience in negotiating and influencing objections from both stakeholders and candidates.
Innovative thinker who can confront the norm.
Extensive experience of direct sourcing, with a proven ability to research and evaluate
Proven track record of implementing creative and practical recruitment solutions in a complex environment.
Excellent customer service, communication (both written and verbal) and client interfacing skills, with the ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people at all levels internally and externally.
Able to work effectively on a broad variety of projects and under pressure.
High level of IT knowledge especially in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and a database system
