We are a turnkey Health, Safety and Environmental solution provider based in Doncaster and offer a range of support from Health, Safety and Environmental Professionals, Training, PPE provision and general support to multiple heavy industrial, energy and construction sectors across the UK.

Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Consultant:



Source and attract high-quality candidates across a range of roles to support current and upcoming renewable energy projects Promote Shoal's roles, values, and culture to candidates and stakeholders to drive engagement and alignment Build strong relationships with candidates and industry partners to grow your network and talent pool Support Shoal's presence through social media advertising and brand representation Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet immediate and future hiring needs Conduct pre-screening calls with clear vacancy briefings to assess candidate suitability and interest Perform qualification checks to ensure compliance with Shoal's workforce standards Edit and format CVs to align with the Shoal brand and present candidates professionally Track placement dates to support workforce continuity and reliability Attend recruitment events and industry meetups to attract talent and boost brand visibility Stay updated on HSE and renewable energy trends to become a trusted resource within your network

Who are we looking for to fulfil this Talent Acquisition Consultant role:



The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator with the ability to actively listen and foster positive relationships with individuals at all levels. A confident decision-maker with an analytical mindset and the capability to identify issues and implement proactive solutions. Genuine pride in delivering world-class service to everyone they engage with, championing the values of Shoal, whilst maintaining a sales-first mindset. Strong attention to detail and organisation.

Experience required for this Talent Acquisition Consultant role:



Previous recruitment experience is essential for this role. Having a background in Health & Safety is not essential (but desirable), and training within the sector will be provided.

Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire



Salary:

26k - 28k DOE.

Qualifications/Skills:



Excellent communication & attention to detail skills. Recruitment experience in a previous role. Ability to manage relationships effectively.
