We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our award-winning team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our organisation by identifying individuals who can drive Siemens Plc's success.

Your Role


As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will:

Source & Identify

: Find potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and cultural fit. Use targeted advertising and marketing strategies to reach a broader candidate pool.

Interact & Liaise

: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Arrange interviews with candidates and hiring teams, communicating logistics and expectations.

Partner & Adapt

: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences. Manage a workload in a dynamic environment where needs and requirements change by business area. Represent the company positively in interactions with candidates and external partners.

Process & Evaluate

: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Provide regular updates on the status of ongoing recruitment efforts. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies/initiatives. Maintain recruitment-related documentation, such as interview notes and candidate records. Adapt strategies and tactics based on feedback and evolving business needs.
