WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
As a Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator, you'll play a vital role in onboarding a range of professionals within the education sector . You will:
Manage the full recruitment cycle for internal staff, from advertising vacancies on various job boards, to shortlisting applicants, conducting video/telephone interviews, arranging face to face interviews for Departmental managers/HR
Ensure compliance within safer recruitment practices and guidelines.
Creating and distributing Interview outcome letters (successful or unsuccessful)
Manage pre-employment checks including DBS, references, and right-to-work documentation.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement in recruitment practices.
Support with the co-ordination and arrangement of interviews across the organisation..
Support the implementation of the overall Talent Acquisition Strategy by conducting research and assisting with co-ordination of projects.
WHAT BACKGROUND DO I NEED TO HAVE?
Hands on experience of recruitment vetting/onboarding.
Ability to analyse data/information and summarise and present.
Confident communicator with a proactive approach.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
