We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager or Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment for fee-earners across our five global practice groups--including paralegals, associates, and legal directors--as well as oversee recruitment for our innovative Vario Group (lawyers, freelancers, legal project managers, and legal tech professionals).


This is a high-impact role where you'll blend hands-on delivery with strategic leadership, helping us attract and retain top-tier talent in a fast-evolving legal landscape.


Our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests.


What You'll Be Doing


Strategy and Market Positioning


Define and develop a market-leading recruitment strategy for lawyer and Vario recruitment, including an approach to quality direct hiring, improving brand awareness and a strategic approach to agency management. Take a proactive and innovative approach in reaching high-performing passive talent through sharing networking and engagement opportunities for key growth teams to engage with quality talent for long-term recruitment prospects. Act as a subject matter expert on the legal and professional services industry recruitment market across our offices, including local approaches.
Delivery and Process Management


Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for legal roles across all five practice groups, from vacancy scoping and approvals through to sourcing, assessment, offer management and onboarding handover. Accountable for the lawyer and Vario recruitment processes and identifying ways to improve efficiencies and enhance the recruitment experience for both the business and candidates throughout the lifecycle
Team Leadership and Culture


Create a high-performance team culture among Assistants and Advisors, ensuring they take a commercial and partnership-led approach to their internal stakeholder relationships and collaborate well with the wider HRL team. Provide ongoing coaching and support to help team members grow, including a focus on giving clear, regular and actionable feedback.
Stakeholder Management and Collaboration


Ensure that diversity and inclusion practices are embedded throughout the recruitment and selection process, and support interviewers through training and guidance to make fair and inclusive decisions
Projects and Continuous Improvement


Lead and contribute to strategic and operational projects as required to support the firm's objectives, as agreed with the Head of Recruitment and other key stakeholders Minimum five years' experience managing legal recruitment within a law firm/ professional services. Strong understanding of legal recruitment markets across international jurisdictions.

5+ years' experience in legal recruitment within a law firm or professional services environment. Deep understanding of legal recruitment markets across international jurisdictions. Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver results in a fast-paced setting. A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to delivery.
