We are seeking a highly organized professional with exceptional follow-up skills, capable of managing Portuguese (and LatAm) recruiting priorities with meticulous attention to detail, proactive communication, and a results-driven approach to ensure seamless coordination and execution of tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure prompt follow-up on client interactions to maintain relationships, provide updates, and meet commitments.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate data entry and reporting(as well as creation, development and editing of Portuguese offer letters)
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and processes.
Prepare and distribute offer letters and other recruitment-related documentation.
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and records for accuracy and compliance.
Utilize proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software to enhance recruitment operations and presentations.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Communication, or related careers.
Trilingual English/Spanish/Portuguese required.
3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and similar processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Business acumen and able to apply business knowledge: strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
Communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
