-Partner closely with Hiring Managers to attract, engage and select the best talent for the De Beers Brands & Consumer Markets & Corporate Functions for Europe. Ensuring strong relationships with hiring managers by supporting, coaching and providing regular communications on the hiring process.
With your extensive experience in recruitment you'll talent pool and partner with stakeholders. You'll think, action and advise stakeholders on long term hiring for both business functions.
