The Opportunity

You'll be part of a collaborative Talent Acquisition team. Where, with a focus on head office and customer support recruitment, you'll also work with others in the team to support a broad mix of recruitment including commercial, operations, engineering and logistics.
You'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and help deliver a smooth, inclusive recruitment process that balances great candidate experience with business impact.
You'll also support talent projects and initiatives, including inclusive hiring, employer brand and internal mobility.
Who you are
You'll have experience working in an internal talent function, sourcing across a range of roles and functions.
You bring a proactive, candidate-first approach to sourcing and engagement. You're confident using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to find and attract passive talent.
You're highly organised, tech-savvy (with experience using an ATS), and passionate about inclusive hiring.
