A core function of our People team, Talent Acquisition, is responsible for identifying, acquiring, assessing, and hiring the fantastic individuals who contribute to Starling's achievements.
We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Talent Acquisition Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract to support our Corporate Functions. You will manage a Talent Acquisition Specialist and collaborate to address our ambitious hiring needs throughout 2026. This role will be based in our London office and therefore you must be able to commute to our London office on a weekly and regular basis.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders and the People team to define hiring requirements and develop comprehensive talent acquisition plans.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an excellent candidate experience from sourcing and shortlisting to interviews, evaluation, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Collaborate with the wider team to build and manage management information (MI) for data-driven decisions on sourcing strategies and hiring processes.
Act as a Starling Bank brand ambassador, actively seeking opportunities to showcase us as an employer of choice.
