We are looking to recruit a
Talent Acquisition Professional
to join our Team based at our Addlestone Office in Surrey on a hybrid basis. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategic talent acquisition initiatives to attract highly specialised individuals in the management, engineering, and technical service domains across the KG. This role contributes to building a robust talent pipeline by collaborating with various stakeholders to understand and address workforce needs, ensuring the company attracts top talent. This is a permanent and full time role.
What you'll be doing:
Developing and executing a talent acquisition strategy targeting highly specialized management, engineering, and technical service professionals for global operations, ensuring alignment with the company's evolving objectives and industry standards
Designing and implementing innovative recruitment campaigns across diverse channels to attract top-tier talent in the engineering and technical service domains, including attending industry-specific events and leveraging digital platforms
Continuously analysing and optimising the recruitment processes, using data-driven insights to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and alignment with organizational goals
Collaborating with senior management, engineering leads, and technical service managers to understand and address current and future workforce needs, ensuring that talent acquisition strategies align with operational requirements and business objectives
Engaging with various external partners including academic institutions, professional organisations, and recruitment agencies to build a diverse and robust talent pipeline
Providing guidance to other team members on the recruitment process and best recruitment practice
Providing continuous analysis and optimisation of the recruitment processes to align them with the evolving organisational goals and industry standards
Working in accordance with established Company Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures and Schindler Core Values to ensure compliance with current UK legal requirements and Schindler Group Safety requirements
Attending all relevant Training Sessions
Carrying out all works in accordance with the Company's Quality Corporate Policy
Contributing to the Company's Safety Objectives, where necessary by maintaining/monitoring current safety systems under their direct control and implementing agreed changes (where applicable) to its Safety Management System
What we're looking for:
At least 5 years' recruitment or HR experience desirable
Broad recruitment expertise across all aspects the recruitment lifecycle - a generalist
Ability to support multi-site functions of geographically dispersed office and remote/field teams
Ability to interact with all levels and be an integral part of the operation
Confident communicator - both verbal and written with impeccable attention to detail
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and word to deadlines
Experience of working in a high performance environment
Experience of dealing with external agencies and agreeing terms
Knowledge of Job boards, especially Linked in Recruiter
Experience working with an ATS
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively in a collegiate organisation
Passion for delivering solutions and results orientated
A highly organised and self-directed approach to work with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
