Due to one of our current Talent Acquisition Specialists securing their next big career opportunity with us, we're recruiting to our highly valued Resourcing team.

Every colleague plays a part in placing our "Tenants at Heart" -- and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll make sure we attract, engage and select the very best people to make that purpose real.



What you'll do



Working as part of our passionate People team, you'll partner with hiring managers across all areas of our organisation -- from frontline housing to technical, professional and corporate services -- designing and delivering recruitment campaigns that go beyond the transactional.

You'll:

Lead on end-to-end recruitment activity for both high-volume and specialist recruitment campaigns, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.



Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing expertise and insight that helps them make confident, behaviours-led hiring decisions.



Proactively source and nurture talent across multiple channels -- using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pools, referrals and creative networking to reach both active and passive candidates.



Design assessment approaches that bring our values and Midland Heart Mindset to life, giving candidates the opportunity to show not just what they can do, but how they'll do it.



Champion our employer brand -- ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our inclusive, people-focused and professional culture.



This is a fast-paced and varied role which is highly visible and valued across our organisation. You can therefore expect to work a minimum of 3 days per week on-site.

Who we're looking for:

You'll be an experienced in-house recruiter, used to managing multiple campaigns across diverse business areas.



You'll combine strong stakeholder management skills with a genuine passion for sourcing great people and delivering exceptional experiences.



Proven ability to source and attract talent through innovative channels.



Experience designing robust assessment processes that measure both skills and behaviours.



A proactive mindset -- spotting opportunities, solving problems, and delivering on promises.
