Overview

As part of the recruiting team for the UK\xe2\x80\x99s largest independent property services group, where you will be in charge of \xe2\x80\x9cmanaging in\xe2\x80\x9d the top Property Professionals throughout the UK, you will be the first contact for all candidates, and will actively work towards hiring in the best talent for Spicerhaart.

What is on offer to you?

Basic Salary of: \xc2\xa322,000

Complete on target earnings of: \xc2\xa328,000 - \xc2\xa330,000

Hybrid Position (2 days per week office based at Cardiff Gate)

What will you be responsible for as an Internal Recruiter?

From screening CV\xe2\x80\x99s to onboarding candidates, you will look after the entire candidate experience, providing an efficient and professional experience for every candidate and, most importantly, the first impression.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, branch managers, and all other colleagues within Spicerhaart
  • Responding to all candidates, and giving them the best recruitment experience possible
  • Screening CV\xe2\x80\x99s, conducting initial contact calls, and conducting the following telephone interviews
  • Arranging and scheduling both face to face, and virtual interviews
  • Advertising all vacancies using the relevant job boards
  • Arranging and participating in recruitment events, assessment days, and job fairs
  • Build relationships with external agencies to work together on those hard-to-fill roles
What skills will you need as an Internal Recruiter?
  • Strong customer service skills are essential
  • A team player, with experience in creating and maintaining relationships with your colleagues
  • Experience of managing your own workload
  • Diary management
  • Recruitment experience, or experience within the property industry is desirable but not essential
  • The ability to make others feel comfortable, confident, and instill a sense of \xe2\x80\x9ctrustworthiness\xe2\x80\x9d at all levels of the business
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve personal KPI\xe2\x80\x99s
  • Willingness to learn and be involved in team projects
