We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet the organisation's staffing needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong relationship management abilities, and proficiency in various recruitment tools and platforms. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in enhancing our employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Utilise various sourcing methods including social media management, job boards, and networking to identify potential candidates.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organisation.
Maintain accurate records of candidates in HRIS and ATS systems.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide guidance on best practices.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Foster strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and human resources.
Assist with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee files, processing documentation, and updating HR databases.
Coordinate interview schedules, manage meeting logistics, and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Support the onboarding process by preparing orientation materials, coordinating induction sessions, and ensuring new hires complete necessary paperwork.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a recruiting role or similar position within human resources.
Experience or familiarity with HR administrative duties is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
Familiarity with recruitment software and HRIS systems.
Excellent relationship management skills with a focus on building rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Experience in lead generation techniques to identify potential talent pools.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making within the recruitment process.
Organisational skills with keen attention to detail to manage administrative tasks effectively.
