Who are we after?
We are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is a pro-active, reliable individual with a can-do collaborative mentality to join our dynamic HR team at the UK's most trusted car leasing company. If you live and breathe Recruitment and want to work in house supporting the wider HR function, this is the job for you.
What will you do?
Direct Recruitment and management of the full Recruitment life-cycle - including advertising, CV searching, screening candidates and conducting telephone interviews
Ensuring that potential job candidates are an excellent match for our vacancies
Coordinating the interview process and candidates' feedback and updating the HRIS system
Managing the background checks for the new starters - Working with a 3rd party background screening partner for a complete and smooth screening process
Managing the new starter's onboarding processes i.e. offer management, issuing contracts, welcoming the new starters, certifying the right to work, etc.
There may be a need from time to time to assist in facilitating recruitment/ assessment days
Supporting the HR function on an ad-hoc basis i.e. Support for HR Team with internal HR process related activity
What skills do you need?
Direct Recruitment - you have been working for an Agency, RPO, or as an Internal Recruiter
Woking knowledge of recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Ideally have good knowledge of HRIS systems, i.e. PeopleHR/Access
Beneficial to have general HR knowledge
Strong administration skills are essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and professional telephone manner
Managing and building strong relationships with all stakeholders
