In this role, you'll be instrumental in helping the business to both deliver on secured client projects across the globe (Europe, US, Asia) as well as to scale our internal teams across the business. You'll serve as a true talent partner owning everything from sourcing and strategy to candidate experience and offer negotiation.

Role Responsibilities



Recruitment Execution



Own the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening interviews, process coordination, offer negotiation and delivery through to final contract signature, across multiple positions, departments and geographies. Coordinate with hiring managers to establish recruitment needs, provide ongoing updates, and oversee successful execution of hire. Engage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support across all stages of recruitment Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with high-touch communication and professionalism at all stages

Strategic Talent Sourcing



Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract talent across multiple geographies worldwide Leverage multiple channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals) to identify and engage candidates Build, maintain and engage a robust talent pipeline of suitable candidates aligned with future hiring needs Champion employer branding initiatives to position XYZ Reality as a desirable employer

Data, Reporting & Optimisation



Track and report key recruiting metrics (e.g. progress and pipeline status) Use data-driven insights to continually refine sourcing and hiring processes Implement and optimize Ashby applicant tracking system and recruitment tools Salary benchmarking and local market research for new locations

Role Requirements



4+ years full-cycle Recruitment experience including 1+ years' experience in Internal Talent Acquisition Proven track record in sourcing and pipeline development focused roles Ideal candidate may have experience recruiting across multiple sectors or be a specialist within either Construction, Technology or GTM spaces Proven international recruiting experience would be beneficial Proficient user of

Ashby ATS

and

LinkedIn Recruiter

Exceptional communication and hiring manager engagement skills Ability to design and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies where primary sourcing channel doesn't yield desired results
