Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: Up to 45,000 + Commission

We have an exciting new Talent Acquisition Specialist position at our busy Children's Residential Service. 5ab Care is a Children's Residential Care provider supporting vulnerable young people across the country. We are recruiting for an organised, driven individual who can bring a thorough working practice with them. 5ab Care is offering the opportunity to be a part of a morals-based, ethical organisation.

As a talent specialist specialising in Children's Residential Care, your primary responsibility is to connect qualified and compassionate individuals with employment opportunities in the children's residential sector. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and placing candidates who are dedicated to providing supportive and nurturing environments for children and young people in need. This role covers recruitment activities for both the Company, The Recruitment Firm, and any affiliated organisations or companies. Your efforts will support internal staffing needs as well as external recruitment partnerships, ensuring a high standard of care and professionalism across all placements.

Experience:

Recruiting: 2 years (preferred)

Social Care Industry: 1 year (preferred)
