Job Purpose and Context
:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work in Medicare's Recruitment Team and will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and recruiting clinical professionals to contribute to our organisation's success.
Additionally, they will be responsible for helping manage our social media platforms and enhancing our brand presence to create a compelling and engaging image for potential candidates.
The post holder will live company values and effectively communicate with stakeholders over the telephone, email, and face to face.

Recruitment:
You will collaborate with the Business Development, Compliance and Service Delivery teams to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to support these including the use of networking, search, selection, and social media.
Source, screen, and vet clinical candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for various roles.
You will be required to grow an internal talent pool for new business areas, prospective and current business demands through proactive outreach and relationship building.
You will talent map for all clinical specialties.
Ensure short-, medium- and long-term talent pipelines are always maintained.
Be first point of contact for new clinicians managing expectations, communicating effectively when responding to applicant queries, updating them on application status, etc.
Always Upholding a high level of customer service. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Working very closely with the service delivery and compliance teams.
Social Media:
Develop and execute a social media strategy to promote job opportunities and showcase our organisation's culture and values.
Work with the Recruitment Manager to monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and candidate feedback.

3 + years experience within a proactive recruitment role
Minimum of 2 years talent mapping / search experience within a niche/ vertical market
Previous experience of medical recruitment will be an advantage but not essential
