Salary : Competitive depending on experience We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Clinical team based in London. Our team of experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists are responsible for recruiting all roles within the clinical specialisms across our Hospitals throughout the UK. Our role is crucial to the delivery of a five star service to our patients as we seek to source experienced professionals to join our teams. It a varied role that gives our TA\'s full recruitment responsibility, a wide range of people to communicate with and a sense of satisfaction for placing the right candidate that will enhance our teams expertise. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to have a background in clinical healthcare recruitment, be used to a fast paced environment, working to targets and have a proven track record of sourcing talent for niche roles.   • Be responsible for an area within our Clinical Specialisms
  • Become an expert in that field by developing the relationships and knowledge required to find the right talent.
  • Provide regular recruitment updates to the wider team
  • Create a pipeline of suitable candidates within your specialism
  • Work within the parameters needed to ensure we provide a recruitment service that meets our compliance requirements
