We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to partner with several of our business areas to help them achieve their growth and business strategies and to meet the needs of our customers. Predominaintly supporting some of our Head office functions and, this is a great opportunity to join a company that really does what it says it will.

For this role we require a minimum of 4 days a week- 28 hours and we could accomodate a Tuesday or Thursday as a non working day due to the current working patterns of the team.
What you will be doing:
Partnering with several business areas, you will gain a thorough understanding of the key stakeholders and needs of the business in order to be at the forefront of the market for both our customers and suppliers. Working with the areas you will create engaging and inclusive recruitment strategies to secure the best talent for Zurich while using data and MI to make intelligent and thoughtful recommendations. We expect you to be an active member in the market to spot key trends and changes and to keep up to date with industry innovations in sourcing talent and recruitment.
Utilising a variety of sourcing methods you will drive candidate attraction through our EVP and great employee ratings to attract the best talent in the market place, and create talent pools for the future that support the goals and direction of the business including the current needs and future projects in scope. We have a really low reliance on external support and would expect you to be competent in external sourcing and pipelining of talent.
You will work with the wider TA team to identify continuous improvement opportunities for both the end user and customers and work collaboratively with the wider HR team on a variety of projects. We are quite a big team and spend time together weekly collaborating and working on a varieyty of projects.
What we are looking for:
A seasoned recruiter, you will have worked within a complex matrix organisation and be comfortable partnering at all levels right up to exec level. This is a busy role, so the ability to prioritise and influence is essential. Your stakeholder management will be high touch and collaborative, whilst challenging and encouraging change.
You will be adept at pro active sourcing and talent pooling, perhaps within a regulated environment in order to understand some of the complexities of the space we work within. Experience recruiting multiple disciplines would be advantageous and working within a large team where you are happy to have a voice would be great.
