The Role




As a Manager - Talent Adviser Business Partnering, you'll play a pivotal role in aligning talent acquisition services with client strategy. You'll partner with senior business leaders and HR stakeholders to deliver service excellence, drive continuous improvement, and lead strategic initiatives that support workforce planning and hiring outcomes.



This role combines strategic advisory, project leadership, and coaching. You'll influence talent decisions, support the development of colleagues, and contribute to the evolution of our services.

Key Accountabilities



Strategic Partnering

: Build deep, trusted relationships with senior business and talent leaders, acting as a key advisor on hiring strategy and workforce planning.

Project Leadership

: Lead client-specified initiatives such as hiring manager capability programs, DEI efforts, demand planning, and assessment centre facilitation.

Insight-Led Communication

: Deliver quarterly reviews and ongoing communications that share market insights and influence talent strategy.

Demand Planning & Fulfilment

: Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast hiring needs, align plans with live demand, and ensure delivery against targets.

Continuous Improvement

: Drive enhancements in talent acquisition services, including tech upgrades and process improvements.

Coaching & Mentoring

: Support the development of Talent Advisers and colleagues through knowledge sharing, guidance, and best practice leadership.

Escalation Oversight

: Act as a conduit between clients and delivery teams, resolving first-line issues and maintaining service quality.

Business Development

: Identify opportunities to expand service scope and contribute to strategic account growth

Skills & Experience



Must Haves


Current experience within the Professional Services or Financial Services sector Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with strong stakeholder management skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to lead complex projects and influence senior leaders. Experience coaching and mentoring others to support their growth and performance. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Tech-savvy with a growth mindset and curiosity for innovation. Ability to balance client expectations with operational realities.
