The Role
In this multifaceted role, you'll be the backbone of our agency, supporting various teams and contributing to the success of our clients. From administrative tasks to sales and marketing initiatives, you'll gain invaluable experience in a fast-paced and friendly work environment.
In this role, you will take ownership of understanding client needs and consistently coaching the Talent to enhance their performance in livestreaming and discipline throughout their assignments each month.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Coordination:
Liaise with talent, submit candidates for the right projects, schedule appointments and auditions, chase for content or availability, and ensure seamless communication.
Administrative support:
Updating calendars, lightboxes, documents, presentations, folders, system or any admin required by management.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases using CRM software and Excel.
Sales Outreach:
Contact potential clients on a continuous basis through emails and calls.
Direct Marketing:
Engage with potential clients through targeted emails and social media outreach.
Brand Ambassador:
Embody and promote the core values of our company through your daily interactions.
Qualifications and Skills
Ideally a recent graduate from Business, Media or Marketing studies
Initiative to make phone calls to warm leads
Initiative to reach out to clients via email
Secretarial skills
Quick learner with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions effectively
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
Excellent typing, computer, and communication skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure
Positive attitude and a team-oriented approach
Location:
Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, HP4 1HT
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, but based on workload.
Office Base only.
