About the Role
London South East Academies Trust, often referred to as "The Trust," is seeking a proactive and dynamic
Talent Assistant
to join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the Group Executive Director of Talent & People Systems and the Talent Acquisition Lead to ensure the smooth running of talent initiatives across our schools.
As a Talent Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing compliance with mandatory training, supporting recruitment efforts, and enhancing professional development opportunities for our staff. Your work will directly contribute to creating a culture of continuous improvement, professional excellence, and staff engagement throughout The Trust.
What You'll Do:
Provide essential support to senior leaders in talent acquisition and development.
Oversee compliance with mandatory training and liaise with schools on non-completion.
Analyze training data and support targeted interventions to improve compliance.
Develop and deliver tailored training modules for line managers, Headteachers, and new schools joining The Trust.
Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Identify and promote CPD opportunities to enhance staff retention and satisfaction.
Collaborate with the People Team to foster personal and professional growth across The Trust.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in administrative or HR roles, ideally within education or a related sector.
Strong organizational and data analysis skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR systems.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a commitment to professional development.
