The opportunity
This is a unique and high-trust opportunity to support the launch of a small, curated board of talent and lead brand partnerships deals for them
You'll work closely with our director to scout and handpick a boutique roster of talent to launch the division with, curating a group of culture-leading individuals who align with our values and have huge commercial brand potential.
Your role will be to represent these talents and secure meaningful brand collaborations across sports, fashion, lifestyle, tech, beauty, wellness, music and culture and more drawing from your existing network and ability to create new connections.
This is a high-level commission-based freelance role, designed with flexibility and autonomy in mind. No micromanagement, we value results, not restrictions
We're offering a high commission structure intentionally -- to attract someone exceptional who is highly confident in their ability and loves what they do
Our aim is for the right person to grow into a permanent leadership position, with the freedom to shape the direction and culture of this area

The Role (which is evolving aligned with growth)
Co-lead the scouting and curation of a small, high-potential talent roster alongside the agency Director
Build and manage brand relationships to secure collaborations, partnerships, and sponsorship deals
Curate engaging press packs
Pitch talent creatively and confidently to a wide range of brands
Negotiate and close deals, handling contracts, deliverables, and communications with professionalism and clarity
Help shape and scale the partnerships division with autonomy -- support with the building out of systems, strategies, and structures as we grow
Work flexibly and remotely, with the option to connect in person weekly at our London HQ
Who are we looking for?
Are naturally entrepreneurial -- a self-starter who thrives on autonomy, ownership, and outcome-driven work
Someone who's own personal standard is excellence
Have solid experience in brand partnerships, sponsorships, or talent management
Bring a strong network of brand contacts and can show a track record of successful deal-making
Have experience across multiple industries -- e.g. fashion, beauty, tech, lifestyle, sports, music, culture
Love discovering and supporting emerging talent, with a feel for cultural relevance and commercial potential
Want the support and structure of a credible agency, but the freedom to work like its your own
Believe in long-term vision with the potential to scale alongside the agency growth
