We're looking for a proactive Talent Coordinator to support recruitment delivery across our Guidant customer portfolio. You'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth recruitment process, providing excellent administrative support, and building strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Provide efficient and accurate administrative support throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct candidate interviews and manage communications, ensuring a positive experience.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with compliance requirements.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and smooth processes.
Support the attraction and selection of candidates to meet client needs.

Experience working in
fast-paced environments
such as call centres or customer service roles.
Strong
administration skills
with excellent attention to detail.
Confident in
stakeholder engagement
and building relationships.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
