As Talent & Culture Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in shaping a workplace where team members feel valued, supported, and set up for success. You'll be a trusted presence throughout their journey - from onboarding to engagement and development - helping to shape a culture where every team member can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate team member records and documentation with confidentiality and care. Contribute to meaningful team members engagement initiatives - recognition, communication, and connection will be part of your everyday work. Assist with Talent Acquisition, including job postings, interview coordination, and pre-employment checks. Assist with Learning & Development coordination, helping team members to access training and growth opportunities that match their ambitions. Help implement policies and processes that reflect high standards of our hotel and the needs of our team. Support probation review and appraisal processes by tracking timelines and following up with managers. Support day-to-day HR operations, from absence management to contract administration, ensuring consistency and fairness. Provide administrative support for disciplinary, grievance, and performance management meetings in line with company procedures. Act as a friendly and reliable point of contact for team members queries, always demonstrating empathy, discretion, and professionalism.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in a human resources or people-facing administrative role, ideally in luxury hospitality or a service-driven environment. A genuine care for people, and the ability to connect naturally with individuals from all backgrounds. Impeccable organisation and attention to detail. Clear communication skills - written and spoken. A collaborative spirit and a commitment to building a positive, people-first culture. Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices is a plus.
