Reporting into the Head of Talent, Development and Culture, you will lead the identification, delivery and management of key aspects of the Learning Lab offering which supports our leaders, talent, colleagues and teams in both behavioural and future skills development. To deliver our business strategy, you will support future skills planning and provide strong consultancy support to the business to develop our learning offering and plans.
Skills & experience you can bring to the role:
Excellent team player with a Human Resources or Leading & Development background
Customer focused with the ability to build relationships and promote the L&D offering through effective communication
Able to be innovative or creative and can work under pressure but still maintain high levels of energy, resilience and attention to detail
Pro-active, challenging and self-motivated with good organisational skill
