Working Pattern: Part-time, 25 hours per week
Location: Hybrid - Lincoln (nominal base)

Join our dynamic Talent & Early Careers Team and play a key role in delivering impactful programmes across Lincolnshire County Council. As the Talent & Early Careers Programme Support Advisor, you'll work closely with teams, education providers, young people, managers, and mentors to ensure our programmes are engaging, inclusive, and aligned with our strategic goals.
You'll be responsible for coordinating early career programme lifecycles, including work experience, t-levels, apprenticeships and other activities. Managing data and monitoring KPI's through tools like Power BI, supporting quality assurance activities, and contributing to service improvements. This is a hands-on role where your ideas and energy will help drive innovation and excellence in how we attract and develop emerging talent.
