About the Role:




As part of PwC's People Solutions team, Talent Engagement is responsible for implementing and delivering the firm's strategy to identify, attract, select and engage the best possible talent from UK universities, schools and colleges.


We have an exciting opportunity to join our award winning Talent Engagement function as a Senior Associate specifically working on our Technology Degree Apprenticeships and Flying Start Accounting programme as part of the Talent Engagement Team.


This role will work closely and will provide support to the Talent Engagement Managers and Senior Managers to ensure the smooth running of our programmes from attraction and selection through to the in-programme experience and offboarding. This is a varied role that will enable you to get involved across the portfolio of programmes, ensuring that our apprentices and graduate participants have the best possible experience, whilst also adding significant value to our business.

What your days will look like:



Working in partnership with our Technology Degree Apprenticeship and Flying Start Accounting programme partnership Universities and colleges, recruiting and then supporting the students and the stakeholders with the successful running of the programmes. Working with stakeholders across the business teams in which our apprentices are deployed. Operational support for the portfolio of programmes; supporting the Talent Engagement Managers in looking after the day to day running of our programmes from planning to execution. Pipeline management for our Technology Degree Apprenticeship and Flying Start Accounting programmes where required. Working closely with different teams across our business including HR, Reward and Learning and Development on a range of topics related to our programmes. Supporting the wider recruitment team with additional programmes such as SIP and Diversity.

Able to manage own workload and prioritise a number of concurrent activities and demands Creative approach to attracting candidates from diverse backgrounds into technology roles Experience of managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels of seniority. Proactive, can do attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Team player - keen to share knowledge and relevant information with team and internal clients. Strong attention to detail. Ability to offer pastoral support and to signpost to further sources of support for our apprentices, where needed.
