An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Consultant to join the Talent Management department to support with an exciting Leadership development project, in collaboration with International teams. We're looking for a strategic, hands on Consultant to lead the design, implementation and evaluation of Leadership development initiatives. You'll play a critical role in redesigning our Leadership offering, and supporting with the International Next Level Leadership project ensuring local initiatives drive engagement, performance and long-term development.
