KRG are working with a retained client on their search for another Talent Manager to join their team. They've made multiple hires within the past 6 months as they agency continues to expand and grow their persona in the talent space - they're a force to be reckoned with!Please note this is not a recruitment/HR role.About the Role:As a Talent Manager, you will lead and manage a diverse roster of talent, guiding their activities, events, and campaigns. You'll be at the forefront of identifying and onboarding new talent to your roster, ensuring that your existing roster is continuously evolving to maximise revenue and influence. This roster will be bespoke to you but will sit across either entirely digital first or a blend of broadcast and digital first talent.They're in a unique position where they have an exciting waitlist of talent eager to join their roster. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow both your career and our agency's influence in the industry. You will work with some of this new roster with the opportunity to grow this also - the best of both worlds.Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the success of your roster by leading their campaigns, events, and professional engagements.
  • Proactively reach out to new talent, pinpointing key figures that will enhance our revenue growth and strengthen our overall agency.
  • Craft and implement strategic plans to help talent achieve their long-term career aspirations while adding tangible value at every stage of their journey.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with both new and existing clients, expanding the agency's network through valuable brand partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Support your colleagues, sharing your expertise and insights as a mentor to foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Utilise your industry knowledge and network to drive endorsement campaigns for brands.
  • Develop compelling proposals and presentations that resonate with potential partners.
  • Identify lucrative opportunities for your talent to diversify their careers into other areas of media, including publishing, product development, podcasting, and more.
  • Manage your talents' public and professional reputations, ensuring they're protected and promoted effectively.
  • Represent the agency with pride, championing their values and high standards in every interaction.
  • Bring forward innovative ideas for new talent, divisions, or commercial opportunities that you would like to spearhead.
