We are looking for a new talent manager to join our team. We are looking for someone who has an interest in fashion, social media and management. Talent managers would work on building long-term relationships with brands as well as strong management skills. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working hard and able to think outside the box on building talents to the best ability.
Requirements below
- Talent manager will manage a set amount of talents day-to-day
- Managing partnership jobs; campaigns, events, photoshoots and any other bookings
- Communicating with talents day-to-day within working hours
- Good people skills; ability to communicate and adapt to different personalities and nationalities
- Must have some sort of interest in fashion, social media or management
- Researching and building new brands to align with talents direction
- Day-to-day email communication, fast admin skills and proactive
- Working and building on brand proposals, campaigns and events
- Ability to guide and direct talent on social media content
- Developing creative ways/plans to push talents profiles on different platforms
- Keeping track of talents work schedule and requests
- Hitting monthly target goals and achieving excellent sales through the agency
Salary is based on level of experience.
