About the Role



We are seeking a proactive and highly organised

Talent Manager

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing talent across a range of sectors. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and talent alike, ensuring strong relationships and smooth project delivery. This is a dynamic position that requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities



Source, identify, and recruit talent across relevant industries. Build and maintain strong relationships with talent, ensuring consistent communication and support. Manage talent schedules, bookings, and project assignments. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and match them with suitable talent. Oversee onboarding processes, contracts, compliance, and documentation. Maintain accurate records and talent databases. Monitor talent performance and provide feedback or development support where needed. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery. Represent the company and talent professionally at events, meetings, and online. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity.

Skills & Experience



Previous experience in talent management, recruitment, casting, or account management (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders. Confident decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in digital platforms, CRM systems, and talent management tools is a plus.

Pay: 25,085.42-57,936.81 per year
