As a Talent Manager at Scede, you will either be embedded into one of our live customers, simultaneously owning the day to day operations of our engagement and delivering against our customer's hiring plan.

As our next Talent Manager, you'll have:





A strong track record of achievement in end-to-end recruitment within the tech and/or commercial space Previous accountability for the leadership and performance of a team either directly or indirectly managing other recruiters Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to build strong relationships A real appreciation for data and recruiting metrics and experience using these to continuously improve A can-do, positive attitude towards overcoming challenges and finding solutions, with an 'always learning' mentality An agile approach to work, even when working remotely


As a Talent Manager, you can expect to:





Lead from the front as a player-coach. You'll manage the operational performance of your team and ensure we live and breathe our Scede values Set and clearly communicate the goals and expectations of your team whilst fostering a management style of empowerment and trust Work closely with hiring managers and teams to create a streamlined and unbiased recruitment process that follows best practices Own the recruitment journey and all aspects of the candidate experience - sourcing, screening, and guiding great people through the process Be creative with sourcing techniques and continuously seek ways to improve Guide your stakeholders through key initiatives including; code reviews, conducting interview training, employer branding, and the development of D&I processes Monitor and report on key talent acquisition metrics, using data to influence decisions Actively contribute to your project team rituals and across Scede, coaching and perhaps mentoring others
